Tura Beach Country Club’s 18 Hole Championship Golf Course has been a mainstay in the top 100 public courses in Australia for its brilliant design and unparalleled scenery. The Tura Beach golf course and residential development was the first of its type in Australia.

Hosting the celebrated Bega Cheese Pro-Am for over 20 years, and Rated No.1 by playing professionals on the country NSW Pro-Am circuit, Tura Beach Country Club is the true golf gem of the Far South Coast of NSW.

Designed by Australian golfing legend Peter Thomson and Michael Wolveridge, who have crafted one of the Best 18 hole Championship Courses in the Country, with its spectacular views over the Pacific Ocean and adjoining headlands, it weaves down to the beach and back through mature eucalyptus forest.
It’s not short of memorable holes. The 181 metre water carry on the 5th and the split fairway on the 6th are just two examples, but the risk and reward par fives are the main feature. There are six of them, all with their own unique bunker and water challenges.
View the History of Tura Beach in Peter Thomson’s own words.

So while staying in the area don’t miss out on playing this unique and challenging course, its popularity is growing every day, and with the clubhouse that is renowned for its “Million Dollar Views” looking over the Pacific Ocean and Seaview Bistro open 7 days, it’s one of the most popular golfing and tourist destinations on the coast.

Tura Beach Country Club is the Highest ranked of the Merimbula Golf clubs in the area and welcomes visiting golfers to play a social round or in any of our various competitions (AGU handicap required) .
